Vijay Fans Tonsure for the success of Velayutham

Around 25 die-hard Vijay fans tonsured their heads as an offering to Lord Murugan at Vadapalani Temple in Chennai for the success of Vijay’s recent release Velayudham. Apart from that they also made a ‘paada yatrai’ from the temple to Kamala theatres to celebrate the success.

Ever since the release of the film, theatres are flooded with Vijay fans to watch their favourite star on screen. Vijay’s powerful punches, electrifying dance sequences, sister sentiment and songs (especially ‘Chillax’ and ‘Sonna Puriyadhu’) make Velayudham a complete entertainer.

And now due to tremendous demand from fans across Tamil Nadu, theatres owners have asked for more prints. The film is produced by Aascar Ravichandran and directed by Jayam Raja.
